At Tea Book & Candle, each piece is made and packed with love, and we want you to adore your order as much as we loved creating it.
Change of Mind
As a small handmade business, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@teabookandcandle.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (where possible).
- Returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made or shipped, as most items are poured and packed to order.
