Every order is packed with care from our cozy studio in Adelaide South Australia, and we do our best to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

Processing Times

All orders are hand-poured, packed, and shipped within 2-3 business days.
During busy periods (such as collection launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience while we create and wrap your treasures with love.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Australia-wide Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00 or free shipping on orders over $150.00
  • Express shipping: Flat Rate of $20.00
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1-2 business days for local orders and 2-3 business days for interstate orders
  • Rural or Remote Areas: Please allow extra time for delivery.

These estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary due to public holidays, weather events, or seasonal demand.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@teabookandcandle.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right and help you lodge a claim with the carrier if needed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
